How does this tool help your team?

For me, it helps me in making meeting summaries and automatically appears in meetings I’m part of whether I come in on time or missed a few minutes, it captures the transcript of the entire meeting duration unless you turn it off prior to or during the meeting.

What do you like/ dislike about this tool?

I like the interface and user-friendliness of the site. I dislike that sometimes it is unable to name who’s the speaker for the transcript.

What tips do you have for beginner users?

Just try it out! It’s very easy to use.
Keep an otter website tab open on your browser for quick navigation if you want to be able to quickly stop otter’s recording in the middle of the meeting.
Don’t rely heavily on the summary of action items. It’s still best to note action items based on your understanding of the meeting conversations.
